Science Week 2017: Climate Change



Science week this year took place between the 13th - 17th March. 

This year the theme was a really important one - climate change! The children had an assembly where they were introduced to the issues around climate change, and then did a range of work in their different classes inspired by what they had seen. They created posters, wrote poems, made lanterns and a whole range of other activities! 

On Thursday, they even worked for an hour with all of the lights and electrical equipment switched off, as a reminder to save energy when they can. 

There was another assembly at the end of the week where the children in each class showed the work they had created, and this can now be seen on display in the hall.
