Tips for helping at home

Literacy

In school, we have run various workshops to explain the way we teach reading at Ellington Primary School. Click here to download the Powerpobookwormint presentation used during the workshops. 

We would also recommend the Ruth Miskin training videos at http://www.ruthmiskin.com/en/resources/1/, which provide guidance for parents on how to use the Read, Write Inc resources that are frequently sent home with the children.
